Bad customer service!

I placed and order 2 days ago. Was online looking at something else. My order is on sale. Called to ask for price adjustment. Was told they don’t do that!
Will never buy from SERENA & LILLY AGAIN

Bad service!

I ordered bath rugs 2 days ago. Was on site looking at something else and saw rugs on sale today. Called no price adjustment. Bad customer service will never buy from SERENA & LILLY AGAIN!

Beautiful wallpaper, terrible quality! Don’t buy!!!

Although the wallpaper was gorgeous, the black marks all over it were not. This paper is not super thick and you can’t wipe it down. Unfortunately my wall now has a beautiful pattern on it but also tons of black marks. Don’t worry about contacting the company though because they don’t seem to care. I’m now left to remove an entire wall of wallpaper and repay to get new applied! Thanks Serena & Lily. Never again!!!!

Great stools, terrible shipping.

I'll start with the positive- their bistro stools are amazing. Very high quality and they are perfect for families as they clean up easily.

Now the bad- their shipping is a joke. Not only did I need to spend $100 to ship 3 12 pound stools, they basically sent them using FedEx's cheapest option. It's taken OVER A WEEK for them to get here. What year is it?

Oh and the kicker on this- there's a Serena and Lily store in my town, but they don't carry inventory! What a joke!

I wish I could give them zero stars

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased 4 bar stools and the ship date slipped 5x already and pushed out two months from the original date. When I asked why and how they can continually do this to customers they blamed the pandemic and said tough luck. Unbelievably bad customer service and absolutely ZERO credibility. Who knows if I'll ever receive these bar stools.

Don't bother with the bedding!

I was having company and splurged on the Grenada comforters and shams - they were very expensive, more than I would spend for a similar brand (like Ralph Lauren.) the quality was like a Target brand, very puffy filling with minimal stitching on the quilt, and of poor quality. Serena and Lily has a beautiful catalog, but I don't see how they can stay in business with such mediocre products. This was my last purchase.

Shore Bench disappointment!

Besides waiting five months for the bench, the craftsmanship is poor despite of the thousand dollar price tag! Sitting upon the bench, it is rickety, definitely not a solid experience.

Buyer Beware! Not a good company to do business with!

I ordered 2 beds and full sets of beddings over 6 months ago. The estimated delivery time on the entire order was early May. They charged me immediately for the beddings, partially for the beds and the total shipping of the beds. I received the bedding back in early March. I was told the beds would be here in May, then June, then July, and now the end of August. I should have just gone to Haverty's!

So nice, I bought it twice!

I needed a new bed an island home, and finding something in stock to deliver fast was hard. I love the Harbour Cane Bed and Harper Denim Rug, it's so nice... I bought it twice for different rooms! Delivery is not easy here but I loved my experience including the assembly. The team was polite and helpful. I also loved the matching nightstands. Great look for a beach house.

Is SerenaAndLily a scam or a legit company?

I have to agree with Lisa M's reply. I read one review about Serena & Lily that was very negative, but commented later that the company eventually made it right. It shouldn't take so much time and effort to force a company to "finally make it right." I'm taking them to the BBB this week and would encourage others to do so, as well.

I love their catalog and saw their products in my friends' homes, so I knew the quality was great.
